Peter Lauer's Riesling Faß 2 is a light and fresh wine, frank and crunchy on the palate, at the same time long and persistent in the finish. An incredible vitality and a pronounced minerality that the wine owes to the arid slate soils. The winemaking takes place with slow spontaneous fermentation in traditional barrels, steel and concrete. Aging on fine lees with batonnage for 8 months.

Philip Lardot's Riesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. Spontaneous fermentation with 1/3 of the whole cluster grapes in steel and aging for 12 months in barrique.

The Riesling Spätlese Trocken "Wehlener Sonnenuhr" has a straw yellow color. On the nose, hints of orange peel, apple and pear notes can be recognized. On the palate it is dry, with excellent freshness supported by a good mineral texture.
