The White by Tourbillon de la Vie Blanc, which means "joust of life", is a wine made from pure Maccabeu grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley, located on granite and clay-limestone soils. It refines in steel and has a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and energetic, with hints of grapefruit, apricot and fresh mint. On the palate it is a deliciously fun and lively wine fresh, gritty and rigorous, with notes of almond milk and oregano.

The Luna Cote de Vermeille Blanc by Bruno Duchêne is a white wine composed of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris, with the addition of a little Xarel-lo macerated on the skins of the Penedès area to give freshness and dynamism. Splendid white wine in a dry version obtained from Muscat à petit-grain grape. The grapes that are not destemmed are pressed with the feet, and fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled in the month of May following the harvest without adding sulfur. The nose is complex and intriguing, with floral aromas, citrus notes and mineral hints. Domaine de Majas Côtes Catalanes PGI Majas Blanc is a white wine obtained from a blend of Rolle, Macabeu, and Carignan Blanc. Refine for 8 months in steel. The nose has floral and fruity aromas, with notes of white peach and citrus. On the palate, the sip is fresh, mineral, tense. Long and rich finish.
