The Face à Pierre Blanche by Hugo Vercasson is a fascinating wine that expresses the typical characteristics of the Viognier grape. The choice to refine in steel for 6 months allows us to preserve the freshness and purity of the grapes, highlighting the fruity aromatic notes without the influence of wood. On the palate, softness combines with a lively freshness, making this wine very pleasant to drink. The dried fruit finish adds further complexity, making it an excellent choice to accompany fish, poultry or fresh cheese dishes. It is a wine that also lends itself to being enjoyed on its own, to fully appreciate its nuances.
