First vintage in 2017 for a very inspired white starting from a vineyard planted in 1960 and renovated in 2001 on a soil of sandstone and clay. Spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging of 8 months in cement on the fine lees. Scented and marine, between saline notes and traces of undergrowth.

In the mouth it has good structure, with balanced freshness and fascinating tannic look.
