Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. It is produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in barrique and resting in the bottle for 3 years before being bottled without clarification or filtration.A wine that expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and intriguing mineral and balsamic puffs on the nose. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with elegant tannins and a long finish.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

Terpin's Chardonnay is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the oldest vineyards located on land composed of ponka. Aging in wooden barrels. It is not filtered or stabilized before being put on the market. A nice golden yellow in the glass, with slightly amber reflections. The nose includes aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes, and dried flowers. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, round, savory, with good minerality and freshness. Closes long.

Verduzzo di Bressan is a white wine with great personality and expressive power that ages on the fine lees in barrique for about 8 months. It is a rare interpretation of dry Verduzzo. The nose reveals a large and fresh bouquet with aromas reminiscent of apple, pear, nectarine, apricot, acacia. Ribolla Gialla by Franco Terpin is a macerated white wine that ages for three years between wood, steel and bottle. Nikolas Juretic's "Mont" is an original and unconventional wine, obtained from white grapes that come from a vineyard of the 60s, located at 190m above sea level, located on mixed soils of foraminifera, dolomitic rocks, volcanic and coral mixed with the traditional ponca. Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

Pinot Grigio Sivi by Radikon is a white wine macerated for 10 days on the skins which is aged in oak barrels for 18 months. With a coppery yellow color, the bouquet is expressed on aromas of orange peel and spices. In the mouth it is broad, long, mineral and slightly tannic.
