Vitovska by Marko Fon is an expressive, rich and very territorial white wine that comes from Vitoska grapes that come from vineyards located on the red lands of the Karst. The nose reveals elegant aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and light exotic notes. In the mouth it is fresh, warm, full-bodied, with great personality, slightly mineral and decidedly vertical. Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.
