Nicolas Joly's "Clos de la Coulée De Serrant" is a great dry white wine with a straw yellow color tending to golden. Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The vinification takes place in steel tanks. Aging is 20% in the same tanks and the remainder in large barrels. The Gruner Veltliner has a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity and spicy aromas.
