The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. Follia is the result of an idea by Matteo Ceracchi who wanted to create a wine made from white grapes, some of which are harvested late, in the first week of October, when they are overripe and moldy.
