Logorroico by Il Torchio company is a red wine that comes from a blend of red grapes. Fermentations take place spontaneously in open tubs and in whole clusters for each of the varieties. We then proceed to the assembly of the wine, which does not undergo alterations such as clarification or filtration. The refinement takes place for a few months in oak barrels. The nose reveals notes of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs, floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, straightforward, and of great expressiveness.

The Rossese di Testalonga is a fresh and fragrant wine that is produced with the homonymous grapes which are aged for a year in exhausted wooden barrels. Wine with a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose the bouquet is intense and elegant, with notes of red fruits, cherry, dog rose and spices. In the mouth it is fresh, soft with a long finish with peppery notes.

Aging: 12 months in old 500 liter oak barrels.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.
