Il Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore di Scala è un vino che rappresenta in modo emblematico il patrimonio vitivinicolo della Calabria. Realizzato esclusivamente da uve Gaglioppo, questo vino si distingue per il suo colore rosso intenso e il profilo sensoriale caldo e avvolgente. Dopo la fermentazione, il vino riposa per ben 24 mesi nelle stesse vasche di cemento. Questo lungo affinamento contribuisce a conferire al Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore una notevole eleganza e una persistente espressione aromatica, rendendolo ideale per accompagnare piatti ricchi e strutturati, tipici della cucina calabrese e mediterranea.

Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity.
