Brasserie Des Voirons's Biere Vivante de Chassels is a lager fermented on the lees of Chasselas grapes from Chez DB and aged for 6 months in barriques. It's unfiltered, unpasteurized, and free of chemical additives.

This beer was born from a desire to explore bitterness from a different perspective. It draws inspiration from vermouth recipes dating back to the 18th century. More than a dozen varieties of plants and berries are infused in 1,000-liter stoneware jars. It is unfiltered, pasteurized, additive-free, and still carbonated.
