Not just wine

This beer was born from a desire to explore bitterness from a different perspective. It draws inspiration from vermouth recipes dating back to the 18th century. More than a dozen varieties of plants and berries are infused in 1,000-liter stoneware jars. It is unfiltered, pasteurized, additive-free, and still carbonated.

Ingredients: Lucinges water, barley malt, plants, berries, and hops, yeast, sugar (for secondary fermentation only).

Best before the end of 2033

Region: France.

Alcohol content: 6%.

Contains sulfites 

Finely aromatic on the nose. Round and pleasant on the palate. Two or three drops to complete a Castelmagno risotto... Fantastic.
