Brasserie Des Voirons's Biere Vivante de Chassels is a lager fermented on the lees of Chasselas grapes from Chez DB and aged for 6 months in barriques. It's unfiltered, unpasteurized, and free of chemical additives.

Ingredients: Luzinges water, hops, barley malt, 5% wine liqueur, sugar (for secondary fermentation only).
