Cantillon's Gueuze is the final result of a complex blend of Lambics of different ages and with different tastes preserved in oak barrels. Once bottled, the bottles are placed horizontally in a cellar and left to rest for about a year, so that the total transformation of sugars into carbon dioxide takes place, i.e. refermentation. When the process is finished and the lambic turns into a frothy beer it will be called Gueuze.A beer that has an intense golden color, the aromas perceived on the nose and palate are pungent and intense, as the style dictates. The aroma and taste are characterized by acidulous and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather and background. On the palate the drink is enveloping and characterized by astringent and sour notes that accompany the sip to the end. Suitable for aging.

Rose de Gamb by Cantillon is obtained by adding raspberries in the proportion of 250 g of fruit for each liter of lambic. the result is a beer with a slightly acidic, fruity and fragrant taste. Just like kriek, the "fruitiness" of Rosé de Gambrinus is at its best when the beer is young. With age the lambic will take over, but this at the expense of the fruity component.
