GThe Goutte de Poire Williams by Distillerie Artisanale Cazottes is a distillate of pears which are left to overripe on the plant for more than a month and subsequently harvested several times to have the perfect sugar and aromatic concentration inside them. The peduncles and seeds, with painstaking work, are removed manually in order to preserve the flavor of the pear. 12 kg of fruit give life to a liter of finished product. Sniffing a glass of this distillate served at around 10°/12° you get a clear idea of the granularity of the pear. Incredible.
