The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

Passito di Pantelleria Bukkuram Sole d'Agosto by De Bartoli is a wine produced with Zibibbo grapes that half are dried on the plant and the other half in the sun. It has a golden yellow color. The nose is an explosion of aromas that go from bergamot, to raisins and spices. The mouth is sweet, balanced and very clean, with a very long floral finish.
