Refines in used barrels for a short period before bottling. Unclarified, unfiltered and SO2-free. A wine that on the nose expresses a broad spectrum aroma ranging from cherry to red berries, up to spices, while on the sip it is juicy, light and lively.

Wasenhaus Chardonnay is an elegant wine, with delicate acidity and beautiful salinity, where you can feel the Burgundy experience of Christoph Wolber and Alexander Götze.
