Sàgona is an artisan winery, with tavern and farmhouse, located in Pratomagno, in the province of Arezzo. It is a place that belongs to all those who have succeeded in management over the years. Today it is in the hands of Daniele, who leads it in full respect of what the land tells him to do, year after year Sàgona is wine, oil, agritourism, tavern. The vineyard extends over 4 hectares, where Sangiovese is mainly found, but also Malvasia Nera, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano. Total production rarely exceeds 4,000 bottles, and is made up of two Sangiovese-based reds (the traditional blend of Chianti), and a macerated Trebbiano.

Gattorosso by Sàgona is a juicy and medium-bodied red wine made with an important base of Sangiovese, to which are added other red berried grapes traditionally grown in Tuscany: Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo. Fermentations take place separately for each grape variety with indigenous yeasts in concrete and steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine then ages for 10 months in concrete and steel tanks.
