The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

Sgarzella di Podere San Biagio is a sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The nose gives hints of yellow fruit, such as pineapple and pear, spices and flowers. At the sip it is smooth and easy to drink, simple and direct. Feminine and playful label, as is wine. Excellent to choose when the occasions are informal and carefree.
