Bianco 'Versante Nord' is an Etna white obtained from a blend of Minella, Catarratto, Carricante, Coda di Volpe, Grecanico and Inzolia. Refine for 8 months in large exhausted barrels. Interesting and multiple aromas on the nose ranging from fruity and citrus notes to hay and chamomile, followed by hints of flint. At the sip it stands out for its citrine freshness, its enveloping body and its long persistence.

The Rosso Versante Nord is a wine obtained from a blend consisting mainly of Nerello Mascalese, and the remainder from Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache. Refine for two winters in Slavonian oak barrels. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose aromas of red fruit, including cherry and plum, with mineral and blood notes. In the mouth it is classy, elegant with a beautiful mineral trace, characterized by a subtle tannic texture and a finish of great personality and persistence
