Podere Magia is located in San Polo d’Enza a municipality in the province of Reggio Emilia. The company takes her to the vineyard and winery Stefano Pescarmona, a young winemaker who trained oenologically in the Banyuls region of southern France. Stefano, who cultivates 3 hectares of vineyards bred with Trebbiano, Lambrusco and Spergola, is his goal is to bring healthy fruits to the cellar that will allow the production of natural wines without resorting to any chemical artifice. Stefano also wants to transform his company into a teaching farm in a professional way; alongside ecological horticulture courses dedicated to enthusiasts, it offers an eco-gastronomic information path for groups of consumers, as well as the first free professional course in biodynamic agriculture dedicated to new agricultural entrepreneurs. Forget the aperitifs and let yourself go to the taste of a real natural, wild, rebellious bubble.
