Yodel Master from La Sorga is a sur lie sparkling wine which is produced with the ancestral method. The vines used are Chardonnay and Muscat d'Alexandrie from vines planted on Villafranchian limestone sands in the municipality of Canet-en-Roussillon. Direct pressing for Chardonnay, and maceration after manual destemming for Moscato. Bottling without clarification or filtration. After three months of maturation in stacks, the wine is blossomed by hand. 2300 bottles produced.
