The Vin de France "D Bulles" is an ancestral method obtained from a meticulous assembly of Mauzac rose and Ondenc, two natives of personality and singular expressive vocation. The Gaillac Rouge AOP "Vendemia" is a red wine obtained from a blend of indigenous Gaillac grapes, such as Duras and Braucol. Aging in steel tanks. No clarification, no filtration before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of small red fruits, and notes of sweet spices. On the palate it is full and fruity, with an expressive but silky tannin, good acidity and a pleasant persistence.
