Trebbiano di Casale is a macerated white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. The nose is complex with hints of ripe fruit, wild herbs, combined with notes of wax and aromas of white peach. On the palate it is warm, elegant, with good minerality and acidity.

The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. It ages for eight years in a concrete tank and 2 years in a large chestnut barrel. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, dried fruit, floral with notes of incense. The sip is very large and elegant, with integrated tannins and good freshness. Closes persistently.
