Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. M & M'S ”by Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a sparkling white wine obtained from two local vines which macerate for 2 and a half months in Georgian amphorae. Golden / orange color, aromatic nose, intense, rich mouth, in balance between fruit, acidity and tannin which gives great persistence and which helps us preserve the wine without having to resort to the use of sulphites.

PSL + Sui Lieviti PLUS by Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a sparkling white wine obtained from two local vines that are fermented in acacia barrels. After bottling in the spring, spontaneous refermentation begins. There is no disgorgement, therefore the wine is naturally cloudy on the yeasts. Golden / orange color, aromatic nose, intense, rich mouth, in balance between fruit, acidity and tannin that gives great persistence and helps to preserve the wine without having to resort to the use of sulphites.
