Producer Pierluigi Zampaglione

CAMPANIA

Historical company located in Calitri in High Irpinia at 800 m. S.l.m. Managed by Pierluigi Zampaglione who has now believed in the organic and potential wine of a single vine, the Fiano. Already in the year 800 the Fiano was cultivated with the name of Santa Sofia and although the production was low the quality was very high. Pierluigi produces its wine with long macerations on the skins, using only native yeasts and is not filtered before bottling. Its not a classic Fiano and its natural winemaking and the particular climatic conditions make this wine worked purely a truly unique product on the regional panorama.
