The winery Ausonia it born, through the work and passion of Simon and his wife Francesca, respectively, a pharmacist and a mechanical engineer who, since 2008, they decide to share the same dream and the same lure, produce a wine that was not just good, but manifested in his taste for its own identità.Situata Atri, in the province of Teramo at about 270 m above sea level, the winery Ausonia has 12 hectares of vineyards that after a long process of study, dedication and research, will be grown according to biodynamic farming principles. In fact, after the initial production of conventional wines and the subsequent transformation into organic winery, Ausonia decides to convert the whole viticulture in the production of a natural wine, original, "alive" ... the biodynamic wine. The biodynamic wine is a natural wine, expression of a defined territory, the Abruzzo, a strong character, determined and authentic as that of its people.
