The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.

Ages on fine lees for 12 months in the same containers and more than a year in concrete containers. No clarification and filtration before bottling. Montemarino has a golden yellow color. The nose expresses floral and fruity aromas, toasted and mineral notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, with a slight sapid vein, persistent closing.
