Primo Stato Blanc de Blancs Cuvée is a Piedmontese Metodo Classico made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, crafted from just 0.3 hectares of land between marl and Pietra di Langa. A confidential production of just 703 bottles, aged for 20 months on the lees, it is characterized by a vertical, savory profile and a residual sugar content of less than 1 g/l.
