Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Alcohol content: 13,5%.

Aging: Mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle.

Domaine Jean-Pierre Rietsch's Demoiselle Gewurztraminer is a pleasant and aromatic wine from the French region of Alsace. Aging on fine lees for 8 months in steel. No sulfite added. The Demoiselle Gewurztraminer gives us complex aromas of rose, geranium, lemon and licorice. The sip is lively and has a moderate freshness. Closes long. An Alsatian must.
