Space wines

Berteru Riserva is a powerful and elegant red wine made from Cannonau grapes which ages for two years of rest in small barrels. The eye gives a beautiful intense ruby ​​red, tending towards garnet. On the nose the olfactory bouquet is rich and deeply fruity, supported by hints of ripe cherry, myrtle, plums and wild blackberries. The palate is warm and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft tannins and long persistence.

Alcohol content: 15%.

Aging: 2 years in small barrels.

Fillet is a kaleidoscopic and wonderful wine that refines in old wooden barrels with the development of flor which makes it unique. With an intense and bright yellow color, in which the first honeyed scents mix with harsh, smoky and deeper balsamic notes, leaving a hint of the aftermath: a complex sip, slightly marsala, warm on the palate, with vibrant acidity.

Grape variety: White grapes.

Alcohol content: 16,5%.

Aging: Oxidative refinement in old oak barrels with the development of flor.

Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.

Aging: Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years.
