Space wines

Savigny Les Beaune Blanc by Sarnin-Berrux is a white wine based on Chardonnay. Vinified and aged in oak barrels. Very balanced, mineral and enveloping, this white is supported by a good freshness and enchants the senses with its mineral and fruity aromas, with notes of apple and aromatic herbs. It is a wine to be enjoyed and appreciated at the end of the day in a nice large glass that can bring out the beauty of the sip.

Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: Some months in steel.
