Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Condrieu by François Dumas is a rich and complex white wine based on 100% Voigner. Grapes that come from a small vineyard located on granite and limestone soil. The vinification takes place with the pressing that takes place by hand with a 100-year-old press. Spontaneously fermented with only indigenous yeasts and aged for 22 months in old barrels before bottling.
