"Ultimo! Gregari in Fuga" is a bold, vibrant red from the Fasciano vineyard, where tuffaceous soils provide unique minerality and structure. Following a manual harvest and 6 months of aging in tonneaux, this Sangiovese strikes a perfect balance between warmth and freshness.

Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.
