La Vigne de Dom is a rare and surprising white wine born in the heart of the Rhone Valley. A unique and bold blend protected by the freedom of the Vin de France classification: the characteristic structure and enveloping character of Marsanne and Roussanne meet the vertical freshness and acidity of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Riesling, from young vines approximately 10 years old. Produced according to the principles of natural viticulture and harvested by hand, this wine follows a slow and uncompromising artisanal process: spontaneous fermentation in 400L barrels for 12 months, aging in used oak for another year, and finally stabilization in stainless steel for 6 months. The result is a full-bodied, profound wine, unfiltered, unclarified, and without added sulfites. An absolute exclusive, produced in just 800 bottles, ideal for those seeking the authenticity of living artisanal wines.

Les Oeillets by Jean-Yves is a complex, deep and mineral orange wine, made from 100% Jacquére grapes. The grapes come from micro-plots located at the confluence of the Arly and Isère rivers, 600 meters above sea level, in the Conflans region, Savoy, where soils made up of shale and limestone predominate. After the manual harvest, the bunches, once in the cellar, are spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with 15 days maceration. Refine for a year in old barriques, no added sulphites, no filtered or clarified
