Epochè by Daniele Piccinin is a classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Durella grapes, an endangered grape that has existed around the Lessini Mountains for more than a thousand years. The grapes are grown on particularly poor soils and with very low yields. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous steel yeasts. Omomorto is a fresh and personality sparkling wine obtained with Durella grapes. It has a transparent bright yellow color with a delicate bubble. On the nose we can perceive hints of sour fruit, green apple, orange blossom, notes of hazelnut and bread crust. On the palate it is very fresh, firm and vertical, mineral and of excellent drinkability.

MaZero is amber yellow. On the nose you can perceive citrus and elderberry notes with a slight sweet spiciness. In the mouth it is dry, sapid, rich in nerve which makes it pleasant to drink even with fatty foods. A very elegant and extraordinarily fine bubble.
