Wai Bianco is an ancestral method, the result of a blend of Pinot Noir and Riesling. It has a straw yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of flowers and white-fleshed fruit, followed by notes of white pepper and bread. The sip is juicy and fresh, satisfying, in short, the wine that must never be missing in the summer to open and drink without problems.

Castello di Stefanago's Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Blanc de Blancs "Ancestrale" is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes. The disgorgement is done manually, after 24 months of permanence on the lees, and the bottles are filled with the same wine without adding anything.
