Cremant by Pierre Frick is a fresh and complex wine produced using grapes of Pinot Auxerrois. The nose gives aromas of bread crust and aromatic herbs, followed by honey notes, dried fruit and pastries. The sip is very drinkable, with excellent freshness and fragrance.

Aging: 12 months on its own yeasts in bottle with no added sulphites

The Crémant Extra Brut by Domaine Jean-Pierre Rietsch is a wine of great finesse, punctual in expressing a marked territorial hint, which comes from a skilful blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio. A bubble obtained from the second fermentation of grapes from the 2018/2019 vintage and disgorged in April 2022.
