Bonissima by Montesissa is a fresh, drinkable sparkling wine, produced with maceration on the skins and spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. It has a straw yellow color with a slight glaze due to the residues in the bottle. The nose perceives an intense citrus aroma. On the palate it has a good balance between acid freshness and softness, and a non-invasive effervescence.
Grape variety: White grapes.
Alcohol content: 12%.
Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.
