SPARKLING WINES

Vina Cotar's Bela Spumante is an intense sparkling white wine with a beautiful and rich bubble. Fresh fruit and fragrance are embellished with notes of yeast. Freshness and acidity make it a “glou golu” wine, which closes with great elegance and persistence.

Region: Slovenia

Grapes: 50% Malvasia Istriana 50% vitovska.

Alcohol content: 12,5%.

Aging: 3 and a half years in large oak barrels.

Slavcek's Viktorija Spumante Brut Nature is a fresh, elegant and drinkable white sparkling wine. White fruit and flowers and bread crust with a touch of minerality in the background. Tense and sharp, it develops a beautiful structure and a salty texture, with a very fine and explosive bubble for a super glou glou classic method.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 24 months on the less.
