SPARKLING WINES

Chic di Tenuta l'armonia is a blanc de blancs sparkling wine made from pure white grapes that macerate in an amphora. It has an intriguing nose, with citrus notes and hints of baking. The mouth is rich, crisp and decidedly elegant, the creamy bubbles.

Alcohol content: 12.5 %.

Aging: At least 12 months on the lees.

Epochè by Daniele Piccinin is a classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Durella grapes, an endangered grape that has existed around the Lessini Mountains for more than a thousand years. The grapes are grown on particularly poor soils and with very low yields. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous steel yeasts. Followed by 6 months of aging in steel and 24 months in bottle on the lees. A classic method with excellent personality and marked flavor that make it a pleasant and balanced drink. To try!
