SPARKLING WINES

"Otobbor" is a fragrant and drinkable sparkling red wine that comes from Barbera grapes. It is ruby ​​red with a nice generous froth. The nose is fragrant and vinous, and expresses aromas of red berry fruit. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, exuberant, very drinkable.

"Mio Sauvignon" is a wine with a fine and elegant bubble, and with a pleasant persistence. The nose has intense and aromatic aromas with floral notes and vegetal hints. In the mouth the pleasant freshness of the bouquet stands out, elegant and with good persistence. Typical of the grape variety.

Cinquecampi Rosso is a sparkling red wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle from a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Marzemino. On the nose hints of red fruits, berries, musk, and undergrowth. In the mouth it has a marked acidity, quite tannic and structured.
