Brut Cuveè 36 Nature by Casa Caterina is a fine and elegant Chardonnay based sparkling wine which ages 36 months on the lees. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Intense aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow-paste fruit on the nose. Decisive entrance with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

Grapes: Chardonnay.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.

Aging: Steel and Fut de chene.

The Fontana dei Boschi is a sparkling wine produced with Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes with the method of natural refermentation in the bottle. A natural wine obtained without the addition of sugar or must. With a very dark ruby ​​red color, the nose is rustic with a note of red fruit, spicy and balsamic hints.
