Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin. Terbianc by Cinque Campi is a sparkling wine obtained through the technique of refermentation in bottle from pure Trebbiano grapes. "Marc'Aurelio" is a red sparkling wine made from Lambrusco Maestri grapes. After a maceration on the skins for 7 days, it is re-fermented in the bottle on its own yeasts with the first spring warms. It has a purple red color with a nice persistent foam. The nose tastes of red berry fruit like cherry and blackberry, followed by more earthy and vegetal scents. The Trebbiano dell'Emilia 3 Tre di Perseveranza is a sparkling white wine obtained from the union of three different varieties of Trebbiano. The Modenese gives back the sharp acidity, the Romagna the juice and a hint of astringency, while the Spanish gives the aromatic part for a gourmand bubble with a delicate effervescence.

Sol e Steli by Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Sauvignon which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 2 days. "Balos" is a sparkling rosé wine refermented in the bottle from Pinot Noir grapes. Spontaneous vinification with a night of maceration in contact with the skins.
