The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus fruits, yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is lively, with a good body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. The yeast on the bottom of the bottle gives the wine softness and longevity.
Grapes: Local white grapes.

The Roncaie Frizzante Sui Lieviti is characterized by its extreme and pleasant ease of drinking. It offers a fresh and immediate sip, excellent for a quiet aperitif or an evening with friends. It has an intense straw yellow color with aromas of white-fleshed fruit. In Mouth it is fresh with exceptional drinkability.

On va déjà commencer par tout cramer by La Sorga is a fruity sparkling wine, extremely mineral on the palate, with a very fresh and slightly tannic finish. Obtained from Mauzac grapes with the saignée method after a 35-day maceration in steel. No clarification, filtration or addition of sulfur dioxide.

The Tunia Sottofondo is a sparkling wine made from white grapes through refermentation in the bottle following the addition of the Vin Santo must. It has a slightly veiled orange-yellow color. On the nose the aromas range from ripe fruit, to hazelnut, and vegetable. In the mouth it has a good dose of acidity, and the bubbles and acidity make the body slightly tannic, excellent drink.
