It represents the traditional wine for the winery, as the baroness, grandmother of the winemaker who runs the business, used to bottle a small part of white grapes before completing fermentation, without removing the yeasts: an ancestral method, so to speak. A wine that offers a vibrant and fresh sip. You can decide whether to drink it with suspended yeasts, which we recommend, or have them deposited on the bottom.
