The red Voria is a sparkling wine obtained from Perricone grapes grown in an organic / biodynamic regime and harvested by hand in small boxes. Refermented in the bottle with the addition of must to the base wine. Not filtered and not disgorged, with the presence of yeasts in the bottle. Excellent wine to drink dry on hot summer days.

The Voria is a fresh and delicate sparkling wine that has a straw yellow color with a nice persistent perlage. On the nose, interesting aromas of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and very drinkable. Voria is an excellent sparkling wine to be drunk in hot summer days.

The Voria Rosato, which in Sicilian dialect means "wind", is a sparkling wine on yeasts made with the method of fermentation in the bottle, which comes from Perricone grapes. Stop on fine lees for 4 months before being bottled for fermentation in the bottle. The wine does not undergo any clarification or filtration. The Voria Rosato has a pale pink color with a persistent foam. The nose reveals fruity and floral scents. The sip is striking for its freshness and flavor. Closes with a balanced finish.
