Guillaume Overnoy's Cremant comes from chardonnay grapes. Aging in contact with the yeasts for at least 30 months. A vein of bright golden yellow with a nutty impact on the nose, from a long evolution on the lees, with lots of pulpy fruit, sunny, round, long, rather savory, with a hint of shell and vinous return.

The Spumante Metodo Classico Brut by Furlani is a wine with a good structure, fresh and persistent, obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot nero grapes. Harvested manually in boxes, with a careful selection already in the vineyard. Referments and refines in the bottle, on its own yeasts, for 24 months, after a manual remuage on wooden pupitre. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany mixed starters and light first courses

The Saumur Brut AOC by Domaine de la Paleine is a sparkling wine (Cremant) obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Grolleau Gris. Refine from 18 months to 36 months depending on the vagaries of the weather. Undosed degorgement, without adding sulfur. A wine of great flavor, fragrant and mineral. It is versatile and ideal to be consumed during informal aperitifs.
