Wai Bianco is an ancestral method, the result of a blend of Pinot Noir and Riesling. It has a straw yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of flowers and white-fleshed fruit, followed by notes of white pepper and bread. The sip is juicy and fresh, satisfying, in short, the wine that must never be missing in the summer to open and drink without problems.

Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.

The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.
