The "Ghirbi" by Tanca Nica is a sparkling wine made from white grapes which is produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from over 20-year-old vines raised with the classic system of small Pantelleria saplings, which are kissed by the sun and the sea breeze. It has a very sunny straw yellow color.
